Practical Information about working together

When you make an enquiry I will ask that you complete a pre-therapy questionnaire to understand if we may be a good fit to work together. After this we can arrange an initial session and experience working together before committing to ongoing sessions. Initial sessions are 50-minutes in length and charged at my standard session fee.

Weekly sessions are recommended at the beginning of the work and moving to lesser frequency (minimum of bi-weekly) after that. We will work together to find a slot which works for you at the same time and day each week (in exception of pre-agreed holidays). I can offer some flexibility for shift workers subject to availability and prior agreement.

All sessions are payable by bank transfer within 24hrs of making your booking. Payment secures your appointment. If payment is not received within this time frame your appointment will be cancelled.

A concession rate of £55 per session is available for trainee counsellors (subject to availability).

On occasion I may have some concession slots at the rate of £55 available for those facing financial difficulties (subject to availability).
